La corporación Stryker comprará Invuity

(San Francisco, CA, EUA) para adquirir todas sus acciones en circulación por 7,40 dolares por acción en efectivo, lo que implica un valor de capital total de aproximadamente 190 millones de dólares.

Invuity es una compañía de tecnología médica centrada en dispositivos quirúrgicos avanzados para permitir una mejor visualización.
