Beckman Coulter lanza el Sistema ClearLLab 10C para los laboratorios de citometría de flujo

Los cuatro paneles ClearLLab 10C fueron diseñados específicamente para ser procesados en los citómetros de flujo, Navios y Navios EX de Beckman Coulter, con el nuevo software avanzado de configuración de compensación, Navios.

Junto a los paneles, el sistema integrado ClearLLab 10C incluye las Células Control ClearLLab, una preparación líquida de eritrocitos y leucocitos humanos estabilizados (linfocitos, monocitos y granulocitos), las primeras células control en el IVD de aplicación específica para la inmunotipificación de leucemias y linfomas, como parte de un sistema validado. Las Células Control ClearLLab incluyen valores de análisis para los 27 marcadores disponibles actualmente en los cuatro paneles ClearLLab10C, disponibles tanto para controles normales como anormales. El sistema también incluye las nuevas Perlas de Compensación ClearLLab para establecer la compensación usando el kit de compensación ClearLLab que incluye 10 tubos de un solo color para cada configuración de compensación. El Sistema ClearLLab 10C incorpora el nuevo software Kaluza C, de la compañía, para dinamizar y estandarizar el reporte de control de calidad clínico con las guías internacionales. Cuando se usa el Sistema ClearLLab 10C, la compensación solo se requiere en la configuración inicial de la aplicación, cuando el control de calidad diario falla, después del mantenimiento del instrumento según sea necesario, o cuando se cambia a un lote nuevo de Flow-Set Pro. Con el Sistema ClearLLab 10C, los laboratorios ahora tienen un portafolio de herramientas de citometría de flujo- permitiéndoles suministrar resultados de pacientes confiables para el análisis de leucemias y linfomas en un ambiente de laboratorio compatible, sin necesidad de realizar validación manual extensa, preparación, y tareas de control de calidad.

ClearLLab 10C también tiene soporte de un recurso de entrenamiento, el libro de casos, ClearLLab 10C, que proporciona 24 viñetas de diagnóstico dando hallazgos característicos después del análisis citométrico de flujo, con la evaluación experta realizada por hematopatológos. Los laboratorios también pueden comparar la interpretación de sus propios hallazgos en el libro de casos. Con el Sistema ClearLLab 10C, el flujo de trabajo se reduce a cuatro pasos sencillos, estandarizados: procesamiento de muestra, obtención de la muestra, creación de informes y validación. Los reactivos se pueden usar con sangre total periférica (recolectada en K2EDTA, ácido citrato dextrosa (ACD) o heparina), médula ósea (recolectada en K2EDTA, ácido citrato dextrosa (ACD) o heparina) y muestras de ganglio linfático.
