Carestream Health le venderá el negocio de TI de salud a Philips

Carestream es un proveedor mundial de sistemas de imagenología médica y soluciones de TI; sistemas de imágenes de rayos X para pruebas no destructivas; y servicios de recubrimiento por contrato de precisión para una amplia gama de aplicaciones industriales, médicas, electrónicas y otras. La unidad de negocios HCIS de Carestream proporciona soluciones de TI de imágenes a hospitales de varios sitios, proveedores de servicios de radiología, centros de imágenes y clínicas médicas especializadas en todo el mundo.

Luego de la adquisición, el negocio ampliado de tecnología de la información de la salud de Philips contará con la plataforma de imágenes empresariales de Carestream, que incluye el mejor VNA de su clase, visores de diagnóstico y empresariales, informes multimedia, orquestador de flujos de trabajo y herramientas de análisis clínico, operacional y de negocios, como parte de su amplio portafolio.
