CLART Fast PneumoVir is an in vitro diagnostic product for the detection and genotyping of the main viruses causing human respiratory infections, including the detection of Sars-CoV2, using CLART technology, and involving amplification of the sample by multiplex RT-PCR, and subsequent visualization on low density arrays. The kit simultaneously detects and subtypes multiple respiratory viruses in a single assay, allowing for a rapid and adequate approach to the infection, as well as avoiding both the non-specific and unnecessary use of antibiotics and the generation of potential resistances.

qCOVID-19 Respiratory Combo

The qCOVID-19 Respiratory Combo is a multiplex Real Time PCR kit designed to differentially detect SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A, Influenza B, and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The kit is based on the principle of Taqman probes. Reverse transcription and cDNA amplification reaction is carried out in one step, allowing 48 samples to be analyzed in a single run in 90 minutes. The kit has been validated with nasopharyngeal samples from patients with respiratory infections with a sensitivity and diagnostic specificity close to 100%.
